2. Cash at hand. What amount of capital are you able to raise or borrow?

Please consider this question carefully, and do some research by adding up your savings, approaching your bank and your family to see how much money you can raise within a month. Some key amounts / reference points include raising the deposit on a lot ($30,000); raising approx. half the price of a lot ($150,00 + GST)

3. Your income and assets. How are you able to make loan repayments or pay rent to an Angel Investor?

Please tell us about your regular sources and amounts of income, your occupation, and your taxable income in 2020-21? Do you have any assets that you could sell to contribute towards the purchase of a lot on Jagera?
