If you would like to join us, living as a part of Jagera community, you will need to apply for membership and purchase a residential lot. At the current time, projected lot prices average around $400,000 + GST. If you can’t afford - or don’t want - to purchase your own lot there may be some long term, secure tenure rental opportunities. Alternatively, you and friends could purchase a lot together and build an “expanded dwelling”.

Although we are only small, we are seeking people with a diverse range of skills, interests, ages, genders, family situations and cultural backgrounds so we can create a vibrant and creative regenerative community.
