I believe Jagera represents the cutting edge of sustainable urban development. It is a sound and well thought out design from an ESD (ecologically sustainable development) perspective, and it is a model that is likely to attract considerable attention as an attractive residential alternative for environmentally aware individuals and families.

The fact that each lot will have its own title also provides considerable advantages over more common rural community / land sharing models, as each block will be a mortgageable entity.
